RLR 40th Anniversary Gala Weekend - FREE TRAVEL

2019 marks 40 years since the Ruislip Lido Railway Society was formed to take over the running of the railway.

To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Ruislip Lido Railway Society, the group that has run the railway on a completely voluntary basis since 1979, we want to share it with you! As a thank you for your support over the years, we are running FREE train rides on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June 2019

We are also opening our sheds so you can see behind the scenes of one of Britain’s premier narrow-gauge railways! Learn how a steam engine works, climb aboard one of our diesel locomotives & find out about volunteering on our railway.

Free travel subject to available trains and seats. Trains will operate every 20 minutes from 11:00 until 16:20.
