I have not been to the Lido for years, but was amazed at how it has improved recently.

We took a very relaxing ride from the beach to the pub behind the steam engine, had a wonderful meal in the pub, then returned behind one of the railway's diesal engines.

The kids loved the beach and playground, we made a whole day of it and will deffinetly be back in the school holidays.
